Surana Solar Limited — Board Meeting, 21-10-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

Surana Solar Limited's board approved the unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY2024, reporting a profit of ₹32.69 lakhs. The company plans to raise up to ₹200 crores through equity and will establish Surana Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a wholly-owned subsidiary for solar projects. Ms. Vempati Venkata Nagasri Durga Raja Sriramya was appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
