Viviana Power Tech Limited — Important, 21-10-2024: Commencement of commercial production/operations

Viviana Power Tech Limited's subsidiary, Aarsh Transformers Private Limited, has established a new manufacturing facility in Por-Vadodara, capable of producing distribution transformers with a rating capacity of up to 1.00 MVA. The facility will initially support the production of 7,000 units annually, with future plans to increase capacity to 15,000 units. The company is also developing Dry-Type transformers and plans to inaugurate the new facility on October 29, 2024, marking a key step in their growth strategy.
