GMR AIRPORTS LIMITED — Important, 19-10-2024: Updates

GMR Airports Limited announced that its subsidiary, Delhi International Airports Limited (DIAL), successfully upheld an arbitration ruling against the Airports Authority of India (AAI) regarding the computation of the Annual Fee under their Operational Agreement. The ruling allows DIAL to exclude specific costs from its shareable revenue and entitles it to a refund of excess fees paid since June 2015, pending an independent audit. The AAI has the option to appeal this decision in the Delhi High Court.
