Kalahridhaan Trendz Limited — Board Meeting, 19-10-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

Kalahridhaan Trendz Limited's Board has appointed Mr. Hitesh Punamji Prajapati and Mr. Omprakash Radhakishan Bohra as Additional Non-Executive and Independent Directors, effective October 19, 2024. The Board has also restructured its Audit, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees. Additionally, a Rights Issue of equity shares has been approved to raise up to Rs. 21 crores, with details to be finalized later.
