UCO Bank — Important, 19-10-2024: Updates

UCO Bank reported a 13.56% year-on-year increase in total business to Rs. 473,704 crore for Q2 FY-25. Gross advances rose by 18% to Rs. 197,927 crore, while total deposits increased by 10.57% to Rs. 275,777 crore. Net profit surged 50% to Rs. 603 crore, and operating profit grew 45.82% to Rs. 1,432 crore. The bank improved asset quality with gross NPA down to 3.18% and net NPA to 0.73%.
