JSW Energy Limited — Important, 19-10-2024: General Updates

JSW Neo Energy Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited, has agreed to acquire a renewable energy portfolio comprising three special purpose vehicles (SPVs) with a total capacity of 125 MW from Hetero Group. The cash transaction is valued at INR 630 crores and is aimed at helping JSW Energy achieve its growth targets of reaching 10 GW capacity by FY 2025. The deal is subject to customary approvals and is expected to close within 90 days.
