MOIL Limited — Important, 18-10-2024: Agreements

MOIL Limited has signed a Joint Venture agreement with Madhya Pradesh State Mining Corporation Limited (MPSMCL) to engage in exploration and mining activities, including value addition projects in Madhya Pradesh. The proposed shareholding is 51% for MOIL and 49% for MPSMCL. This agreement aims to enhance production and is subject to board and government approvals. The structure includes special rights for both parties and a seven-member board with appointed directors from each entity.
