Aarti Drugs Limited has informed that shareholders Bipin M. Gandhi and Ramila Gandhi have reported the loss of several share certificates. Requests for duplicate certificates have been submitted to the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Link Intime India Private Limited. To prevent any transactions, these shares have been flagged for "Stop Transfer" by the RTA.
