Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. has received a Letter of Intent from the Naval Physical & Oceanographic Laboratory for the design, development, construction, and supply of one Acoustic Research Ship (ARS) valued at approximately Rs. 491 crore. The contract execution period is set for 36 months. No interests from promoters or related parties are involved. A detailed contract is being finalized, and the company will notify the stock exchanges once it is signed.
