Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL) has announced its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q2 and the first half of FY 2024. Additionally, Ms. Harsha Kedia will resign as Company Secretary on October 28, 2024, with Ms. Roopal Gupta appointed as interim contact. HZL is also set to invest a minimum of 26% equity in Serentica Renewable India Private Limited to enhance its renewable energy capabilities and support its ESG goals.
