Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited has announced a change in the office address of its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), CB Management Services Private Limited, effective July 28, 2024. The new corporate office will be located at Rasoi Court, 5th floor, 20 R N Mukherjee Road, Kolkata-700001, and the new registered office at C-101, 1st Floor, 247 Park, L.B.S. Marg, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai 400083. The SEBI registration number for the RTA has also been updated.
