Igarashi Motors India Limited has approved the issuance of a duplicate share certificate for shareholder Shankar Dattatraya Desai, due to verification of documents and compliance with formalities. The old certificate number 42743870 has been replaced with the new certificate number 12 40967 for 100 shares. A Letter of Confirmation has also been issued for dematerialization of the shares as per SEBI guidelines.
