The Board of Directors of Perfect Infraengineers Limited has approved the appointment of M/s. Naveen Karn & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2023-24 and M/s. Jignesh Savla & Associates as Statutory Auditors for the next five years. Additionally, Mr. Raj Shekhar Singh has resigned from his position as Independent Director, effective August 20, 2024.
