Aksh Optifibre Limited's subsidiary, AOL FRP, has entered into an agreement to assign usufruct rights for properties in Dubai for AED 5.20 million (approximately ₹1,188 lacs). The proceeds will be used to settle outstanding bank debts. The agreement was approved by the relevant authorities recently and does not involve related party transactions.
