Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 18-10-2024: Stock split

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited's Board has approved the sub-division of equity shares from ₹10 to ₹1 each, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Vinod Jain will be appointed as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director effective October 19, 2024. The Board also authorized a ₹200 crores loan guarantee limit for interested bodies corporate and announced an Extraordinary General Meeting on November 15, 2024. Additionally, the company is investing ₹2.99 crores in its subsidiary, DICABS Nextgen Special Alloys Pvt. Ltd.
