Torrent Power Limited has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with Torrent Investments Private Limited and Torrent Electricals Limited. This agreement facilitates the sale of 100% of the share capital of Torrent Electricals to Torrent Investments. With this transaction, Torrent Investments, a holding company and part of the promoter group, will gain full ownership of Torrent Electricals, ensuring that the agreement is conducted at arm’s length.
