Rossari Biotech Limited — Important, 17-10-2024: Capacity addition

Rossari Biotech Limited announced an additional investment of Rs. 18.25 crores for a capacity expansion project at its subsidiary, Unitop Chemicals, raising the total budget to approximately Rs. 146.25 crores. The expansion will increase ethoxylation capacity by 30,000 MTPA, catering to a utilization rate of 95%. The new capacity is expected to come online in phases by H1 FY26, funded through a mix of internal accruals and debt.
