Coromandel International Limited — Important, 17-10-2024: General Updates

Coromandel International Limited has established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Coromandel Vietnam Company Limited, incorporated in Vietnam. The subsidiary will engage in the export, import, wholesale, and retail distribution of agricultural inputs, including crop nutrition and protection chemicals. A capital contribution of USD 25,000 has been made to fully subscribe to the share capital. Regulatory approval from Vietnam's Department of Planning and Investment has been received.
