CEAT Limited — Important, 17-10-2024: Financial Result Updates

CEAT Limited's Board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the period ended September 30, 2024. The results show a revenue growth to Rs. 6,46,633 lakhs. The Board also authorized issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to Rs. 500 crores and approved the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in Indonesia, CEAT Tyres Indonesia. These decisions were taken during the Board meeting held on October 17, 2024.
