AKI India Limited has received trading approval for a preferential issue of 2,768,000 equity shares, following the conversion of warrants. These shares will be listed on both the BSE and NSE, effective October 18, 2024. The shares are issued at a nominal value of Rs. 2 each, with a premium of Rs. 16.71. Lock-in periods for different tranches of shares are specified, extending up to April 2026.
