The Board has approved the allotment of 90,99,000 Fully Convertible Equity Warrants at an issue price of ₹87 per warrant to 11 non-promoter allottees. Additionally, 2,00,000 equity shares have been allotted from a total of 84,00,000 equity shares to one allottee at the same issue price. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased to ₹8.52 crore, comprising 85,29,000 equity shares. Further allotments are expected to take place in due course.
