Hitachi Energy India Limited — Board Meeting, 13-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Fund Raise Committee of Hitachi Energy India Limited has announced a board meeting and approved the closure of its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) of equity shares. A total of 21,90,688 equity shares will be allotted to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) at an issue price of ₹11,507 per share, which includes a premium of ₹11,505. The shares are priced with a discount of ₹605.50, representing 5% of the floor price. The committee has also adopted the Placement Document and finalized the allocation details for the QIBs.
