3M India Limited — Board Meeting, 13-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of 3M India Limited has announced key appointments and organizational changes. Mr. Jayanand Kaginalkar has been appointed as Executive Director (Whole-time Director) effective April 1, 2025, for two years. Ms. Jung Hyun Kim also joins as a Non-Executive Director from the same date. Mr. Nikhil Arora will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer starting May 5, 2025. The board has approved a Postal Ballot to seek shareholder approval for these appointments. Notably, Mr. Andrew Bennett and Ms. Yun Jin will resign from their director positions on April 1, 2025. The board has established new committee structures reflecting these changes. Ms. Radhika Rajan will be the new Chairperson from March 26, 2025.
