UCAL LIMITED — Board Meeting, 13-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of UCAL Limited has convened a meeting today, where they approved an investment of ₹3.25 lakhs into Kandan Solar Power India Private Limited for solar energy consumption at their Tamil Nadu plant. They also appointed Ms. Sandhya Shekhar as an Additional Director (Independent) for a term of three years. The board was reconstituted, updating committee memberships, and they set an Extraordinary General Meeting for April 25, 2025, with a cut-off date for voting eligibility on April 18, 2025. Mr. P. Muthukumaran was appointed as Scrutinizer for the voting process.
