The Board of Directors has announced the re-appointments of Ms. Gopika Pant as Non-Executive, Independent Director, Mr. Sekhar Natarajan as Non-Executive, Independent Director, and Mr. Surender Sharma as Whole-time Director. Ms. Pant and Mr. Sharma will serve for five consecutive years from May 21, 2025, while Mr. Natarajan’s term will last until December 13, 2028.
