This project spans an area of 2,319 sq. mt. and is expected to generate sales revenue of INR 320 crores, with a total carpet area of approximately 71,300 sq. ft. This initiative aligns with ARIIL's strategy of diversifying its portfolio through asset-light acquisitions and focusing on redevelopment projects. With this addition, the company has launched four new projects with a combined GDV of about INR 2,770 crores, positioning itself towards its fiscal guidance.
