Jeevansathi Internet Services has announced a board meeting to invest approximately Rs. 30 Crores in Aisle Network Private Limited, increasing its stake to 92.83%. Aisle, which operates several dating platforms, had a turnover of Rs. 34.80 Crores for the financial year 2023-24. This investment aims to cover Aisle's working capital needs and enhance its operational capabilities. The transaction, structured as a cash consideration for 12,293 equity shares, should be completed within 30 days, further strengthening Jeevansathi's position in the growing online dating market.
