Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd (ROHL) has launched two new properties in Goa, enhancing its portfolio in the region to six. The Regenta Baywatch Resort and Regenta Beach House are strategically positioned in Colva, a popular tourist destination known for its scenic beaches.

Regenta Beach House offers 18 rooms, beachfront access, and multiple event spaces accommodating up to 1,000 guests, making it ideal for weddings and corporate events. It features diverse dining options, including a specialty restaurant focused on healthy cuisine. Meanwhile, Regenta Baywatch Resort boasts 133 rooms with modern aesthetics, a variety of dining venues, a spa, and banquet facilities, enhancing its appeal for social gatherings.

With Goa attracting around 10 million visitors in 2024, these properties are well-placed to cater to the growing demand for high-quality hospitality and unique experiences. Arjun Baljee, President of ROHL, emphasized that the new hotels will play a crucial role in the state's hospitality landscape, particularly for MICE and wedding segments. The partnership with Ajit Patel is set to further elevate the region’s tourism offerings.
