Rushil Decor Ltd. has allotted 1,10,00,000 equity shares at an issue price of ₹29.70 each through the conversion of convertible warrants. This follows the allotment of 4,13,00,000 convertible warrants, with a total subscription amount of ₹24.50 Crores received from the allottee, Mr. Rushil Krupesh Thakkar, who converted his warrants into equity shares. Consequently, the total issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital has increased to ₹28.68 Crores, with the promoter group's shareholding rising to 56.37%.
