Religare Enterprises Limited — Important, 17-03-2025: Updates

The Board of Religare Enterprises Limited has commissioned a governance review for itself and subsidiaries, Religare Finvest Limited and Religare Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited. This review aims to assess past operating practices, improve systems and controls, and identify any potential misconduct by current or former employees. The Board has engaged the law firm M/s Trilegal, with assistance from M/s Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, for this review.

Additionally, the Board has identified a cash flow gap in the upcoming months and plans to seek immediate funding support from its new promoters, the Burman Group. To meet these funding requirements, a short-term Inter Corporate Loan from the Promoter Group or its Associate Entities is being considered to ensure the company's operational sustainability.
