Supreme Petrochem Limited — JV/Acquisition, 18-03-2025: Acquisition

Supreme Petrochem Ltd. will acquire 100% of Xmotd Polymers Pvt. Ltd. by purchasing 2,171,813 equity shares at a valuation of ₹39.76 crore. This acquisition aims to bolster Supreme’s presence in the polymer compounding segment, particularly in Southern India. Xmotd, with an established customer base in the automotive and appliance sectors and a polymer compounding facility, generated a turnover of ₹74 crore as of March 2024. The deal will facilitate operational synergies and enhance market access. The acquisition is structured in two phases, with the initial purchase expected to be completed promptly, followed by the remaining stake within two years.
