Yudiz Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 18-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved key changes during its recent meeting. Mr. Bharat Thakker has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer effective immediately, following the resignation of the previous CFO. Additionally, Mr. Santosh Purabia has been appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, subject to member approval at the next AGM. The company has acquired a 25% equity stake in Trulot Technologies Private Limited for a total consideration of ₹2.5 cr, aimed at enhancing market access. Furthermore, M/s. Shilvi Patel & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25. The Board also noted the vacation of Mr. Suraj Chokhani's office as Director.
