Ind-Swift Laboratories has announced a board meeting concerning the allotment of 15,32,000 equity shares at an issue price of ₹121 each, following the conversion of fully convertible warrants held by Zeal Global Opportunities Fund. The total funds raised from this allotment amount to ₹13.90 crore. With this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital will increase to ₹60.61 crore, totaling 6,06,18,860 equity shares. The newly issued shares will hold similar rights as the existing ones, enhancing the company’s capital structure.
