Sanofi India Limited has announced a board meeting, where the Board of Directors convened the 69th Annual General Meeting for May 15, 2025. The meeting included the approval of a final dividend of ₹117 per equity share for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, pending shareholder approval. Shareholders on the register by the record date of April 25, 2025, will be eligible for this payout.
