Sanofi India Limited — Board Meeting, 18-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors approved the convening of the 69th Annual General Meeting on 15th May 2025. They recommended a final dividend of ₹117 per equity share for the financial year ended 31st December 2024, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Additionally, Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second term of five years commencing on 29th July 2025, pending approval at the AGM.
