The fund comprises a ₹200 crore SEBI-registered Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) accompanied by a ₹100 crore green-shoe option, targeting high-growth startups that tackle real-world problems through sustainable practices.

Earth Fund will concentrate on Pre-Series A and Series A startups, seeking investments of USD 1-2 million in companies demonstrating product-market fit and seeking to scale. With a goal to build a portfolio of 10 to 15 innovative companies, the fund emphasizes sectors such as UrbanTech and climate solutions. Brigade's insights from the Brigade REAP accelerator program and Gruhas' extensive startup experience will facilitate comprehensive support beyond funding, contributing to the growth and success of these ventures.
