Zoiros Projects Private Limited (ZPPL), a subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises Limited, has completed the allotment of equity shares worth ₹3.95 crore to Brigade and ₹4.95 crore to Gruhas Proptech LLP. Following this transaction, both Brigade and Gruhas now hold an equal 50% shareholding in ZPPL, which will shift from being a subsidiary to a joint venture. ZPPL is set to manage the "Earth Fund," a Category II Alternative Investment Fund focusing on investments in Pre-series A and Series-A tech startups in real estate, construction, and sustainability.
