Anant Raj Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 18-03-2025: Allotment of Securities

Anant Raj Limited has announced a board meeting regarding the allotment of 13,69,863 equity shares following the conversion of fully convertible warrants. The issue price for these shares is Rs. 730 each, raising a total of approximately Rs. 99.99 Cr. Following receipt of the remaining 75% of the consideration from the warrant holder, the company has increased its paid-up share capital to Rs. 68.65 Cr, now comprising 34,32,60,616 equity shares of Rs. 2 each. The new equity shares will have the same rank as the existing shares.
