Anant Raj Limited has announced the allotment of 13,69,863 equity shares following the conversion of fully convertible warrants. The warrants were issued to Shri Ashok Sarin Anant Raj LLP at a price of Rs. 730 each, resulting in a total consideration of Rs. 99.99 crore. After receiving the remaining 75% payment, amounting to Rs. 74.99 crore, the Finance and Investment Committee approved the conversion and allotment of the shares. This adjustment raises the company’s paid-up share capital to Rs. 68.65 crore, consisting of 34.33 crore equity shares. The newly allotted shares will rank equally with existing shares, reflecting a positive development for shareholders and potentially enhancing liquidity in the market.
