The company has allotted 5,29,682 equity shares with a face value of ₹ 5 each following the exercise of Restricted Stock Units by eligible employees. The allocation includes 1,21,462 equity shares under the 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan and 4,08,220 equity shares as part of the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019. As a result, the issued and subscribed share capital has increased to ₹ 20,76.63 crore, comprising 4,15,32,63,455 equity shares of face value ₹ 5 each.
