Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a License Agreement for Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Bokaro, which will be managed by its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels Private Limited. The property is set to open in FY27 and will feature 50 well-appointed rooms along with various amenities including a restaurant, banquet facilities, meeting rooms, a rooftop bar, a fitness center, and a swimming pool.

Bokaro, an industrial hub known for the Bokaro Steel Plant, provides a strategic location for this new establishment, enhancing the company's footprint in Jharkhand, where it already has one hotel and three upcoming properties. This expansion supports Lemon Tree's growth strategy, potentially positioning the brand to capitalize on the area's industrial activity and tourism, contributing positively to its operational outlook.
