Compuage Infocom Limited — Important, 17-03-2025: Updates

The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Compuage Infocom Limited was conducted via video conference. The meeting was initially scheduled for March 10, 2025, but was adjourned due to a lack of quorum. It reconvened with the presence of six members, including Promoters and Suspended Directors. The Resolution Professional, Mr. Gajesh Labhchand Jain, chaired the meeting.

The Chairman informed attendees about the status of the Company and noted that the Auditors’ and Secretarial Auditors’ reports were self-explanatory. Key business discussed included the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. Members who had not participated in remote e-voting were given the opportunity to vote during the meeting.

Results from the voting will be announced within two working days and will be made available on the company’s website and submitted to the stock exchanges. The meeting concluded with a Q&A session, where the Chairman addressed members' queries.
