The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Compuage Infocom Limited was convened electronically due to the company's ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The meeting faced a quorum issue, initially failing to meet the required number of members, but eventually proceeded with nine members present, including promoters and directors. The Chairman, Mr. Gajesh Labhchand Jain, guided the meeting and addressed previous adjournments. The AGM involved the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023. E-voting was facilitated both prior to and during the AGM.
