UFLEX has announced a board meeting focusing on the incorporation of FLEX FILMS AZB AFEZCO., a step-down wholly owned subsidiary in Azerbaijan. This entity is established to manufacture Bi-axially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) Packaging Film aimed at both the domestic and regional markets, including CIS and Europe. The initial share capital of this subsidiary is set at USD 50,000, and it will be fully funded by Flex Middle East, FZE, its Dubai-based parent company.
