Bajaj Housing Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 19-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Shri Anami N Roy as an Independent Director for a period of three years starting from 19 May 2025, following the completion of his current term. Additionally, the board sanctioned the issuance of up to 41,87,918 equity shares at a face value of ₹10 each to the Bajaj Housing Finance ESOP Trust under the BHFL ESOP 2024. These decisions are subject to members' approval.
