Trent Limited — JV/Acquisition, 19-03-2025: Acquisition

Booker India Limited, a subsidiary of Trent Limited, has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the equity share capital of THPL Support Services Limited (TSSL) for a cash consideration of ₹166.36 crore. TSSL, which specializes in warehousing and related services, reported a turnover of ₹42.35 crore for the financial year ending March 2024. The acquisition aims to reorganize and consolidate related businesses within the group, enhancing operational efficiency and market positioning. The completion of the deal is expected on or before 31st March 2025.
