The second is a Lease Rent Agreement with Varahalakshmi Infrastructure Private Limited for a 10.4-acre land lease to set up an industrial unit for manufacturing Chlorinated Paraffin Wax, involving a security deposit of ₹10 Crore and an initial monthly rent of ₹3 Lakh, increasing to ₹7 Lakh upon completion of construction.
