TCS has partnered with Air New Zealand for a five-year collaboration aimed at transforming the airline’s digital infrastructure through AI and technology integration. This initiative will enhance operational efficiency and customer experience for over 15 million passengers annually. The strategic partnership focuses on improving key areas such as fleet management, crew scheduling, and ground services while helping Air New Zealand position itself as a digitally advanced airline.

During the signing event, attended by notable figures including the New Zealand Prime Minister, TCS emphasized its commitment to the region, where it has operated for over 37 years. TCS will lead workforce transformation efforts by implementing upskilling programs in AI and cybersecurity and optimizing Air New Zealand’s digital services across more than 600 applications through AI-driven automation and cloud technologies.
