Joseph Anantharaju transitions from Executive Vice Chairman, President, and CEO of the PDES Division to Co-Chairman and CEO, overseeing all business divisions including Product & Digital Engineering Services, Infrastructure Management & Security Services, and the newly developed GenAI Business Services. Venkatraman Narayanan takes on the role of MD & CFO, managing key corporate functions such as finance, talent acquisition, and learning & development.
