PTC India Limited has announced a board meeting to formalize the completion of the divestment of its 100% stake in PTC Energy Limited to ONGC Green Limited. The total consideration for this transaction amounts to ₹1,179 crores, with ₹925 crores received on 4th March and ₹254 crores on 19th March. This divestment represents about 2% of PTC’s consolidated turnover and 14.6% of its net worth in FY24.
